Root-Cause &FoundationalMedicine
We don’t just treat symptoms — we find out what’s driving them. If you’ve been told your labs are “normal” but you still don’t feel right, you’re in the right place.
YOU’VE PROBABLY HEARD THIS BEFORE
"Your labs are normal." "It's just stress." "That's typical for your age." — If any of that sounds familiar, we built this program for you.
A root cause runs through all of it
Conditions We Help Address
Fertility & Preconception
Hormone Imbalances
Menopause & Midlife Transitions
Chronic Pain
Lyme & Stealth Infections
Automimmune Conditions
Gut Health & Digestive Issues
Food Sensitivities
Fatigue & Low Energy
Unexplained Symptoms
Don't see your situation listed? Root-cause medicine isn't limited to a diagnosis list — if something feels off, we're trained to help you find out why.
how we actually find the root cause
Our Four-Part Process
Most doctors run one panel and stop when it comes back “normal.” We combine three different methods to see what a standard workup misses — because the cause is rarely just one thing.
01
comprehensive labs
We test far beyond the standard panel
In-depth analysis of hormones, gut health, food sensitivities, and environmental toxin exposure — the markers that explain why you feel the way you do, not just whether you’re in a “normal” range.
02
muscle response testing
We let your body point to the source
A hands-on diagnostic technique that identifies which systems in your body are under stress, and what’s driving it — whether that’s a virus, bacteria, parasite, or food sensitivity affecting organ function.
03
bioenergetic (nes) scan
We map the whole system, not just one part
Built on decades of biophysics research, this scan gives us a full picture of your organs, meridians, environmental toxin load, and nutritional status — context that shapes how we read everything else.
04
Diet & lifestyle intake
We look at what’s happening every single day
An in-depth look at your eating patterns, meal timing, movement, sleep, and stress — the daily habits that quietly drive digestive issues and unstable blood sugar. Testing shows us what’s wrong; this shows us what’s keeping it that way.
Labs tell us what’s off. Muscle testing tells us what’s driving it. The NES scan tells us how it all connects. And your diet & lifestyle intake tells us what’s fueling it day to day.
Together, they give us a complete map — not a guess.

"Pain is just the body's way of saying there's something wrong. It's our check engine light. Our job is to find out why it's on — not just switch it off."

Frequently Asked Questions
About the Practice
What is naturopathic/functional medicine, and how is it different from conventional medicine?
We look at the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — rather than treating symptoms in isolation. Our lab reference ranges are narrower than a conventional doctor's, because we're identifying imbalances long before they become a diagnosable disease. Rather than prescribing medication to manage symptoms, we work to understand and address what's driving them.
What conditions do you treat?
As naturopathic practitioners, we don't diagnose or treat disease the way a medical doctor does. Instead, we focus on identifying imbalances in the body and supporting it toward relief and better function.
What is Nutrition Response Testing (NRT)?
Are you a replacement for my regular doctor?
No. We work alongside your primary care doctor, not in place of them, so you get the benefit of both approaches.
New Patient Process
How long are the visits?
Your first two visits run 60–90 minutes, giving us time to really understand your case. Follow-up visits are 30 minutes.
What should I bring or do to prepare?
Please complete your intake forms ahead of time, and send along any labs you've had done in the past six months.
Do you run labs, and how does that work?
Yes, we offer a full range of lab testing. We select labs strategically based on your case, with an eye toward keeping your costs as low as possible.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. We see patients around the world, and everything we do can be done virtually.
Can I see you if I'm already on medications?
Yes, absolutely.
How soon will I feel better or see results?
Meaningful changes in lab markers typically take about 9 months, though many patients notice improvements before then. Healing is a process, and your results will depend on your consistency and effort along the way.
Practical & Logistics
Do you take insurance?
No. We accept cash, check, debit, credit, and HSA cards.
What does it cost?
Plan on around $850 total for your first two new patient appointments and labs.
Can I get labs done with you if I'm not an established patient?
No — lab work is only available to established patients, as part of your ongoing care with us.
Do you work with kids & pregnant women?
Yes, to both. Our root-cause approach is safe and effective for patients of all ages, including children and pregnant women.
How do I reach out with questions?
